I talked to him not even a week ago and told him about what we’re doing, and asked him if he’d be interested in performing on any of it. Yes, he’s going to be playing on some of it. What about Nils Lofgren? I know you two have been close through the years. He’s a keyboard player, and I asked him if he wanted to be a part of it and he did. Who are some of the original folks you were able to get to come back around to help you finish?īruce Turgon. If not, we were able to find somebody who could play in that vein and gave them the opportunity to help out with the song. If we could find the people who played on the album, we asked them if they wanted to continue being a part of it while we finish these songs. If it was recorded well with excellent players and stuff, we saved everything that we were able to save and then added. We saved a good portion of the original recording. Were you able to carry over any of the original recordings? Or is it all from scratch at this point? We’ve already had a few mastered and they sound very current, and it’s really exciting. We started listening to some of them slowly, and we go, “Oh, my God, so that’s what happened to that idea." Right away, I started writing lyrics and massaging the melodies, and getting some people in who are great players to put some soul into this. I couldn’t imagine what they were, I couldn’t even think of what they might be. But then we saw that there were some unfinished song ideas at the bottom of the tape. The songs that did make the album were absolutely great. What was it like for you going back to those recordings?Ī lot of memories, of course. I’m hoping for a late-fall or early winter release. Everybody who is working with me is very excited. I really felt that rather than start from scratch, I would like to pick up where I left off on these songs, emotionally and everything. They strike the right chord with me, and they’re just as viable now as the ideas were back then. Now that I’d like to put some new material out, I know that writing and recording and all of that stuff could be a long, drawn-out process. We were able to pull up the 24-track from the albums and listen to ideas that we thought were good, but we just didn’t have the time to finish them. Have your archives always been organized? We’ve got a fair amount of songs now, and we’d like to put out an album. A little at a time we started finishing these songs, mixing them and mastering them. I knew that all they had to do was be finished. But as time went by, I went back and listened to these ideas, and I love them. They were songs that weren’t quite finished, so they didn’t make the cut. The premise for these songs are all song ideas that came with my solo albums, either Ready or Not, Long Hard Look or Shadow King. I saw on your website you’ve got new music coming. Gramm sat down with UCR and shared his thoughts on playing live and some details on new music sourced from song ideas he started in the '80s. Fast-forward to 2021 and the former Foreigner singer has returned to the road, once again sharing the stage with Asia Featuring John Payne, who are playing their own set and doing double duty as Gramm's backing band.

While on the MacOS you will need to have at least OS X 10.8 or later for support by DupeGuru. The program also runs on Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. The filter special files by keywords option are really handy and save time for people. You are also allowed to preview the files of duplicates before deciding whether or not you want to delete them. You can search dupe files by the filename, match percent ratio, kind along with bit-rates, which are music limited and dimensions which are pictures only. DupeGuru's UI is uncluttered and simple allowing users to operate it with ease. The algorithm allows the program to efficiently search and find duplicate programs. The biggest pro's for me when using the program is the operational modes and the scan types that are available as there are multiple options. The program also supports multiple languages including French, German, English and many many others. It features only three sections but with it being very uncluttered and simple everything is easy and simple to find for everyone making it a Universally easy program to run and learn. The UI interface is nothing to really brag about but it gets the job done mainly focusing on the most important things and filtering out the filler tabs and settings that aren't relevant to the program. DupeGuru is really efficient in finding duplicate files that are stored within the computer. DupeGuru allows users to scan their computer's hard drive depending on either the files names or by the contents that are available. That's an improvement over most of 2021, where both brands were over 100% inflation. Nvidia's average price inflation is 50%, while AMD's is 38%. We can also observe a marked difference between Nvidia and AMD products. We're seeing similar trends with the RTX 3080 Ti at 19% above MSRP, which is the lowest inflation for a GeForce GPU. Right now you can purchase a Radeon RX 6600 for 21% over MSRP, and the 6500 XT for just 13% above MSRP. However, newer GPUs with MSRPs set during the middle of the GPU pricing crisis have less pronounced inflation. For example, the RTX 3070 is sitting 72% above its $500 MSRP, and the RX 6800 XT is sitting 74% above its $650 MSRP. let's say more unrealistic MSRPs, have the highest amount of inflation at the moment. Do note, this list was accurate as of writing, but pricing is changing fast and often so we do recommend checking the links for up to date information if you're interested.Īcross all 16 GPUs, the average price inflation right now is 44% above MSRP though this varies substantially depending on the model. Here's where pricing currently sits for all current generation GPUs using Newegg, using the lowest price in stock. For some of the most expensive products, the ones that have managed to resist price corrections up until this point, we're expecting even more of that in the coming weeks. The Asus GeForce RTX 3080 TUF Gaming OC was one example, falling from $2300 AUD to $1500 overnight, a cool 35% reduction in one go. In Australia, to cite one example, pricing for many overpriced GPUs have been falling substantially, some falling off a cliff overnight. We were unable to verify that rumor, but there is clear evidence of prices improving, so there's plenty of price movement either way. There are also unconfirmed rumors about Nvidia lowering the price they sell GPUs to AIBs (board makers). But we're getting close, and if products continue to sit on store shelves, prices will continue to fall. We're still not in the position where retail pricing is matching advertised MSRPs. To be clear, good availability doesn't mean good pricing. This had been the case in other regions months prior as we had reported, but those in the United States are finally benefitting from improved GPU availability. This is the first month since the launch of the RTX 30 series in September 2020 that you can buy any GPU in that family at Newegg, Amazon, and other retailers, listed in stock and ready to go. Regardless of that, the GPUs we do have this generation are now finally in plentiful stock. Then on the AMD side, there are rumors of a mid-cycle RDNA2 refresh before RDNA3 launches. We're expecting to hear more about that shortly. The GeForce RTX 3090 Ti was announced back at CES, but hasn't materialized just yet. There are however a few upcoming products before we get into next-gen territory, hopefully at the end of this year. There are no new GPU launches this month, after a bit of activity as of late like the RTX 3050 and RX 6500 XT releases from Nvidia and AMD, respectively. Updated: See our latest GPU Pricing Update here. Case in point, this month's pricing update is another positive one for people looking to finally purchase a new GPU for their latest gaming PC build. Luckily, it's no longer the same doom and gloom editions of the series that we were making in late 2021. It's been one year since we've been tracking GPU prices, and honestly we were not hoping to be here in March 2022. It's a mixed bag but i'm still very happy i gave it a go. So, in a nutshell, it is something as: The game was proceeding towards the left, now you play a reverse card, so the game starts to go to the right to the person who just played the card before you. However, if it is a 2 players game, one or two, or all of the reverse cards will give the card owner another go. If the game proceeds to the left, dropping the reverse cards will reverse the gameplay direction so the next player to the right, if they can drop two switches, will again switch it back to the left. With the proper usage time, Reverse cards can often make the probable winners lose the game. This also gives the others a fair chance to play their cards because you are practically buying time. If you can do this, you diminish the player’s chances with few cards left to win. Always use a reverse card when the player next to you has few cards left. The best strategy for using the reverse card in Uno is timing. The reverse card is a karmic card in the game of UNO. My Friend: Pulls out the Uno reverse cards On April 18th, 2018, the Uno reverse cards gained an excellent definition in the Urban Dictionary that goes something like this: This alone explains how robust this card is for a game of Uno. It is used as a metaphor for “Karmic Events.” The Uno reverse card is often considered the “Ultimate Come Back Card.” It reverses the order of the gameplay and can prove to be the ultimate comeback strategy for many players with bad luck. The Uno reverse card is quite powerful and can change the fate of players in no time. Several other insignificant rules hardly cause any difference in the gameplay. These are the core rules concerned with the Uno reverse card. If someone wants to play an Uno reverse card, it is only possible through a matching color card or another Uno reverse card. Each player to the right of the previous player will play the card in order. And the game continues in the right direction. Suppose the Uno reverse card turns up at the beginning of the gameplay the game starts from the right instead of the usual course of getting started from the left. This is, in fact, the significant rule concerning reverse cards. In simple words, if the game was proceeding from left to right, now it shall proceed from right to left and vice versa.
